1. What are your shipping options?
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a flat $10 shipping fee to help offset postage costs.
2. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from 100% natural, sustainably sourced Australian soy wax, without additives, stabilisers, preservatives, or fixatives. Each batch is tested to ensure a clean, even burn of over 40 hours.
3. What type of wicks do you use?
We use lead-free cotton wicks with a paper core. They are non-toxic, safe, and designed to deliver a clean, consistent burn.
4. Do you make all the products yourself?
Yes. All products are personally designed, developed, and made by Justin using high-quality Australian ingredients. Each product is safety-checked and tested before release.
5. Can I reuse or recycle the candle jars?
Absolutely. Our jars are designed to be reused as storage containers or organisers. Once cleaned, they can also be recycled or returned at selected markets for a discount on your next purchase.
6. What if I don’t love my candle?
Your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not completely happy – even after using the product – we offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. No stress, no awkward conversations.
7. How do I care for my candle properly?
For best performance, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax surface to fully melt edge to edge. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn. Trimming the wick and extinguishing with a snuffer or lid will extend the candle’s life.
8. How should I extinguish my candle?
We recommend using the lid provided, a wick snuffer, or a wick dipper. This prevents smoke, protects air quality, and preserves fragrance.
9. Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a permanent retail store, but you can experience our products at selected markets or through our stockist partners, for example at the Caulfield and Abbotsford Farmers Markets, or at Brolly Gift Store on Canterbury Rd, Heathmont.

No. Our fragrances are original creations, inspired by classic scent profiles but developed with premium ingredients and without colours, fixatives, or enhancers.
