We aim to get your favourite home fragrances to your door quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.
Shipping Rates (Australia-wide)
- Free Shipping for Orders Over $100
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $9.95 for Orders Under $100
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. If a promotion or discount changes your cart value, the final shipping cost will adjust accordingly.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For Large Candles, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, and for our Jumbo Candles, allow 10–14 business days. These items require extra time to properly cure and undergo our quality control process to ensure they arrive at their absolute best.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
- Sometimes there is a need to split the order if a product within the order is out-of-stock or unavailable, this will be done at my expense
- Sometimes, products go out of stock for a short time while a new batch of that scent is being made and cured, If this is the case, I will give the option of waiting or changing. This may also involve a split order (see above)
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- The actual delivery time is out of Apothecary by Justin's control, however, I will do what i can to fix the situation.
- Sometimes, products go out of stock, for many reason. This could mean a short delay of 7-10 business days or longer outage of 20-30 business days. If this is the case, I will give you the choice of wait, switch or refund.
Shipping Providers
We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Amarex, Couriers Now and Sendle to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Any damaged Products will be replaced. An email and photographic evidence (for insurance0 is all I need.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address details. This will result in a small re-postage fee of $10
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived or has been damaged in transit, please contact us at [your email/contact page] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work quickly to make things right.
